Private commission set in the Fallout universe illustrating a skirmish in post-apocalyptic Peru, between the Inka Awqaqkuna, a faction of Inca irredentists, and the Shining People's Liberation Army, descendants of the PCP-SL, somewhere near Andahuaylas and Abancay.
